Yeni Asir – While the luxurious hotel constructed by Russian businessman Telman Ismailov in Türkiye’s southern resort of Antalya at a total investment cost of USD 1.4 billion is still in the headlines, another Russian businessman, Mikhail Prokhorov, with a fortune worth USD 10 billion, has also taken a step towards investing in the Cesme district of the Aegean province of Izmir. Having acquired a 184,000 m² plot of land in Cesme Altinkum Tursite, Prokhorov said in an interview with Vedomosti, published in Russia, that he will invest in a water sports center in Cesme.
