Swiss heating and ventilation solutions company Zehnder’s new EUR 20 million facility in Türkiye’s Manisa province was inaugurated on September 27th during a ceremony attended by Invest in Türkiye President Arda Ermut.
Speaking at the event, Ermut said that thanks to Türkiye’s advantageous location, international companies with production in the country have access to a regional market of more than 1.5 billion people. He added that one of the many reasons why a number of international companies use Türkiye as a management and manufacturing base is because of Türkiye’s strategic location right in the middle of where half of global trade occurs. “We see Zehnder as a local company that supports domestic production, generates employment, and engages in export,” Ermut added.
Zehnder has been operational in Türkiye for a long time, and the local share of its procurements stands at 94 percent.
