Dunya Special Issue - The Mer Group will build an 800 bed five-star hotel and a 200 bed rehabilitation facility with thermal springs in the Pisa Bay of Dikili, Izmir, along with a four-star hotel with one thousand beds in Hayitli Bay. Mer Group CEO Huseyin Ugur said they will also construct villas for timeshare holidays in both regions, with the total investment amount reaching EUR 200 million.
