AA - Iranian car maker Khodro’s investment plans for a car manufacturing plant in Türkiye are taking shape. Within this scope, Bahman Hosseinpour, Iran's Ambassador to Türkiye and an Iranian delegation including businessmen paid a visit to Sahabettin Harput, Governor of Bursa, as the northwestern Anatolian province is the likely place for the plant.
Hosseinpour said Bursa’s infrastructure is appropriate for the factory and they informed Iranian authorities about it. "Iran's Samand brand cars produced by the state-run company Khodro have attracted great interest in Türkiye", said Hosseinpour.
