Having established a company under the name Cigna Hayat (Life) A.S., the group is expected to start its operations after getting a license approval from the Undersecretariat of the Treasury. The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based company controls assets worth USD 43 billion and has a product line ranging from health services to life, accident and disability insurances suitable for personal or group use.
Cigna is known throughout the world for its expertise in alternative distribution channels such as telemarketing along with bank distribution channels and direct marketing techniques. The company is expected to focus on telemarketing along with direct marketing in its operations in Türkiye.
