Reuters - On December 2, Türkiye's Privatization Administration (OIB) will start the sales process for 52 small hydropower plants included in its privatization portfolio, OIB officials told Reuters on Tuesday.
Türkiye's privatization program stalled this year due to low foreign investor interest during the global financial crisis; however the government foresees TRY 10.4 billion (approx. USD 6.9 billion) in privatization revenue flowing into the Treasury's accounts next year.
