New purchase by Groupama

Reuters - The French insurance company Groupama has announced that it has acquired %100 of the shares of Guven Sigorta and Guven Hayat companies from the Central Union of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Türkiye for 350 million New Turkish Lira. Groupama, which acquired Basak Emeklilik in 2006, will become the 5th non-life insurance company in the Turkish market with this new acquisition.
