CBC Group is interested in Turkish Tuborg

According to an announcement made by Carlsberg, CBC Group, which is the partner of Carlsberg in Rumania and Israel, is interested in purchasing Carlsberg’s 95.65% share of Turkish Tuborg and a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the parties. (REUTERS)
