“Türkiye is a land of opportunities for US companies”

Taraf - James Jeffrey, US Ambassador to Ankara, said he had a meeting with the IMF executives last week and there have been encouraging developments. He also said that Türkiye is one of the few countries that are best positioned in current global economic conjuncture. Jeffrey said, “Last year was pretty good for Türkiye in terms of direct investments. The US companies should take advantage of the opportunities in the country” and stated that deficiencies in intellectual property rights should be addressed.
