Forbes: RWE in talks to make acquisition in Türkiye

Forbes Magazine - RWE AG is in concrete talks to make an acquisition in Türkiye, chief executive Juergen Grossmann said during the German utility’s annual press conference. He did not provide further details. RWE previously said it plans to expand in Türkiye and created a local unit earlier this year. Meanwhile, Grossmann said the company will seek approval from its next AGM to increase its capital by up to 20 percent.
