Socar is to build a refinery in Aliaga

Dunya – Having acquired 51% of the shares in Petkim with Turcas, SOCAR, which is the Government-Owned Oil Company of Azerbaijan, intends to build a refinery in Aliaga in order to provide raw material for Petkim through processing Caspian oil. The company will make an investment of $3 billions in Petkim.
