Dunya - A series of investment meetings held by Türkiye’s Minister of Finance, Mehmet Simsek, have attracted crowds of investors in London and New York.
Over 200 businesspeople and potential investors attended the meeting in London and were briefed by the Minister on the state of the Turkish economy. The Finance Minister’s second stop in New York gathered over 140 businessmen with a keen interest in Türkiye.
The Finance Minister was also accompanied by representatives of publicly traded Turkish companies, who presented their companies to potential investors. Commenting on his meetings with foreign investors, Minister Simsek said that he was impressed by the intense interest shown and stated that investor confidence in Türkiye remained strong.
