International Grains Council: Türkiye second largest exporter of wheat flour

Haber Turk - Türkiye ranked second among wheat flour exporters in 2009, according to data from the International Grains Council. Kazakhstan made the top position with 1.85 million mt. The International Grains Council estimated that Türkiye's wheat flour exports will amount to some 1.75 million mt in 2009 as global trade is predicted to reach 10.9 million mt. Iraq and Indonesia are the two major markets for Turkish-origin wheat flour.
