Oyak Emeklilik, the voluntary pension fund, is also acquired by ING

Cumhuriyet - ING has reached an agreement with Oyak Group in order to acquire Oyak Emeklilik, the voluntary pension fund, for €100 million. To be able to expand its share in the Turkish market and broaden its service options, ING acquires the totality of the Oyak Emeklilik company’s shares.
