Türkiye may become an agricultural hub

Star- Mehdi Eker, the Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, said Türkiye currently holds a one-million hectare area with development potential. Eker stated that there is a possibility of expanding this area with their efforts and added, “The number of international foreign companies has risen to 21,289, while the number of companies engaged solely in agricultural activities stands at 334.”
