Türkiye, Italy, Spain to pursue a joint project on agriculture

Bloomberg - Türkiye will cooperate with Italy and Spain in agriculture and food industries under a project called ‘Region of Knowledge Project’. The project will be pursued under the coordination of the provincial administration of Mersin, a southern province in Türkiye.. The administration's Secretary General Ahmet Zahterogullari said on Monday that Türkiye's first ‘Region of Knowledge Project’ was approved by European Commission. Related institutions in Türkiye, Italy and Spain will cooperate with each other to gain share from world agriculture and food sectors under the project which has a budget of 919,000 Euros. The project will be completed within 30 months.
