Canada’s TA Petroleum acquires two Turkish companies

Dünya - Canadian energy company TransAtlantic Petroleum has announced the acquisition of two Turkish natural gas companies, Thrace Basin Natural Gas Corp. and Pinnacle Türkiye, at a total cost of USD 154.4 million. The company has already signed an agreement for the aggregate price of USD 100 million in cash, and 18.5 million common shares in November.
