Euromoney names Türkiye’s Akbank as best bank

Sabah – The UK financial magazine Euromoney has chosen Akbank for its “Award of Excellence”, naming it the best bank in Türkiye. According to a written statement released by Akbank, “The Awards of Excellence” award ceremony was held in London and was attended by the highest level banking administrators. Akbank General Manager Ziya Akkurt stated that the bank deserves the award due to its customer oriented approach, widespread web of branches, modern risk management and high level of banking services.
