Giant investment by Danone in Diyarbakir

Milliyet – Mehdi Eker, Minister of Agriculture, has declared that an agreement for a project with a French firm has been signed stipulating an investment of $3 billion in Diyarbakir. According to the information received, this signatory firm in question is the Danone food company. Having stated that there has been a strong demand for agricultural investment in Türkiye made by the Gulf and Middle Eastern countries following the world food crisis, Eker has expressed that they are evaluating the projects proposed.
