Antep pistachio: Foreign investors' favorite

Halka Tercuman – Antep pistachio, which is known as the “green gold” of Southeastern Anatolia region in Türkiye, attracts the attention of foreign investors, especially that of the Italian and French. Zeki Yagci, President of the Antep Pistachio Promotion Association, said “We should enter into world markets with our quality pistachios. Now, international firms are interested in our region, as well as in Antep pistachios. At present, 2 or 3 national and international firms have established enterprises in our region. They are making production and substantial exports."
