Türkiye - Türkiye’s solar energy potential continues to arouse investor interest as the number of companies in the market steadily rise. Solarex 2011 - Solar and Photovoltaic Technologies Exhibition - organized by Ihlas Fuarcilik between March 10-13 in Istanbul, gathered some 163 domestic and foreign companies specializing in solar energy. 61 foreign companies from 15 countries are attending the fair according to Yavuz Ozgun, Organizer and Vice President of Ihlas Holding who said foreigners express keen interest in Türkiye and its solar potential. “Türkiye is at the center stage of this fair. A large number of participating companies explore investment opportunities in the field of solar energy,” said Ozgun, highlighting Türkiye’s untapped potential in solar energy.
