Sabah - Italian fabric maker Loro Piana regards Türkiye as a natural logistics hub for the textile industry, according to CEO Pier Luigi Loro Piana.
Piana, speaking at the 4th Istanbul Fashion and Ready Wear Conference in Istanbul, praised the strong financial system of the country and said that Türkiye’s large consumer base with an increasing purchasing power and the demand for quality apparels equaled a promising domestic market.
Stressing the importance of Türkiye’s location as a bridge to the Middle East, “Türkiye is a natural logistics base for international textile companies,” said Piana.
