Emaar Properties of UAE boosts stake in Emaar Türkiye to 100 percent

Bloomberg - Emaar Properties PJSC, the biggest publicly traded real-estate developer in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), said it bought a 40 percent stake in Emaar Türkiye held by Cihan Kamer, the Chairman of the Atasay Group. The purchase boosted Emaar’s stake in Emaar Türkiye to 100 percent, the Dubai-based company said in a statement posted on the Dubai Financial Market web site.
