Swvl Holdings Corp, a Dubai-based ride sharing startup and a global provider of transformative tech-enabled mass transit solutions, announced that it has acquired Volt Lines, a B2B and Transport as a Service (TaaS) mobility business based in Türkiye.
Founded in 2018, Volt Lines offers corporate clients a smart and cost-effective alternative to public transportation or ride hailing for commuters by utilizing a network of intelligently-routed shared buses.
