Bloomberg - GE Energy, a General Electric Co. unit, plans to produce wind turbines and other equipments in Türkiye to supply markets around the Mediterranean and Black Sea, said Referans, citing Mete Maltepe, GE Energy’s Executive Officer for Türkiye. Annual wind power plant investments in 1,500 to 3,000 megawatts in Türkiye will justify production of the equipment, the newspaper added, citing Maltepe.
