Petkim to be taken over by the end of this week

It is stipulated that Petkim will be taken over by Socar & Turcas Petrokimya A.S, established by Socar-Turcas-Injaz Joint Venture Group which made a bid of $2.04 billion during the tender for the private placement of Petkim's 51% share, and the related sales agreement will be signed this week.
