Countdown in NL’s privatization

National Lottery (NL), which will be privatized on the basis of licence transfer, is planned to be put out for tender in June. The final decision as to whether licence transfer transactions will be carried out through proceeds sharing method or through the method of operating-right-transfer via cash price will be taken by Kemal Unakitan, Finance Minister.
