Iceland’s first investment made in luxurious houses

Star - Zafer Arslan, Comanager of AB Invest which is the project owner of the White Side Apartments project that has been put into practice in Cekmekoy, one of the recently popular districts of Istanbul, has emphasized that foreign investors trust Türkiye and they will continue their investments. White Side Apartments, which has been projected upon an area of 13 acres to accommodate 242 apartments, has been put into practice thanks to the partnership established with LAREF, a Northern European real estate investment fund. This project, which is the first investment of Iceland in Türkiye, will cost $60 million.
