Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK), a Russian steel producer, and Atakas Group are establishing an iron and steel plant in Iskenderun with a $1.4 billion investment. The foundation stone of the plant was laid in a ceremony held the day before yesterday. (DUNYA)
