R&D center in Gebze from German Mahle

Dunya – German Mahle, one of the world’s major manufacturers in the automotive supply sector, will expand its operations in the Turkish market from its entry point in the Aegean province of Izmir. Having built a factory in Gebze at a total investment cost of USD 65 million, the company will establish a R&D center by the end of the year and will construct a spare parts replacement line at a cost of EUR 2 million by 2010.
