Turkish electricity to be connected to EU system

Radikal – Ilhami Ozsahin, General Manager of Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation, said they are continuing their efforts to create a synchronized interconnection between the Turkish electricity system and the European electricity system and added, “There is demand for renewable energy in the European countries. Türkiye has massive renewable energy sources. Companies may increase the level of renewable energy in their countries by means of purchasing Türkiye’s energy. This may contribute to an increase in renewable energy investments in Türkiye".
